Before shipping, we’ll send clear photos or video of the completed artwork for your review. We ship only after you approve the finished piece. If something differs from the agreed details, reply before approval so we can review the next step with you. Because each artwork is made to order and may use a special size, approval is an important part of the process.

Once you approve the finished artwork, non-quality returns are not accepted. If the artwork arrives damaged, is the wrong item, has a verified quality issue or clearly differs from the approved version, contact us within 7 calendar days with photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. We’ll make it right and cover approved costs. Any authorized return must remain uninstalled, clean, undamaged and in its original condition. No restocking fee applies.
