Each painting takes about 1–2 weeks to be hand-painted by one of our professional artists.

During the creation process, your artist will share photos and videos of your painting in progress. You’ll be able to request adjustments — such as changes in color or shading — until you are completely satisfied. Only once you approve the final version will we ship your artwork to you.

If you have not consistently received confirmation emails, it is possible that our emails landed in your spam/junk folder, or were blocked by email filtering mechanisms. In such cases, you may not find the painting confirmation email in your spam folder.
