Delivery timing depends on the product you choose. Hand-Painted Art is created to order, while Canvas Prints and Tumblers ship from our Houston fulfillment location.

Processing Times
Hand-Painted Art: Each piece is created to order. Please allow 7–14 calendar days for painting and drying. When it is complete, we’ll send photos or video for your approval. Shipment is arranged after you approve the finished artwork.
Canvas Prints and Tumblers: Orders typically leave our Houston fulfillment location within 1–3 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Weekends, holidays, major promotions and carrier delays may affect these estimates.
Contiguous United States
Standard shipping is free for Canvas Prints and Tumblers. Hand-Painted Art also ships free.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & P.O. Boxes
Canvas Prints and Tumblers can ship to these destinations. Additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us before ordering for the current rate.
Outside the United States
Hand-Painted Art includes worldwide shipping. For Canvas Prints or Tumblers, email us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping costs.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is provided after each package ships. Mixed orders may leave from different locations or at different times, so you may receive more than one tracking number. Standard shipping remains free in the contiguous United States even when a mixed order ships separately.
Address changes
If your shipping address is incorrect, email info@viralwallart.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed or handed to the carrier, but we cannot guarantee an address change after that point.
Tracking has not updated or the carrier confirms a loss
Contact us and include your order number. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Tracking says delivered, but the package is missing
Contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan. We’ll help check the address, nearby delivery locations and carrier information, then open a carrier investigation. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Weather or carrier delays
Severe weather, peak shipping periods and carrier disruptions can affect transit times. We’ll help review the tracking information and explain the next available step, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Duties, Import Fees & Sales Tax
Hand-Painted Art delivered to the United States: Applicable import costs are included or handled by us, so no import payment is due to the carrier upon delivery.
Hand-Painted Art delivered outside the United States: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.
Canvas Prints and Tumblers: These products are currently offered primarily for U.S. delivery. Contact us before placing an international order.
Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
