HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS PACKAGED?
Every ViralWallArt piece is packaged with care and follows our standardized, professional process.We know your artwork is precious, so we've designed several packaging methods to keep it safe on its way to you:

SHIPS IN A CARDBOARD BOX
For large artworks that are stretched or framed, we use strong. protective cardboard boxes. Eachpiece is supported with plenty of cushioning so it arrives safe, flat, and ready to hang.

SHIPS IN A CRATE
For small stretched or framed artworks, or for very large and heawy pieces, we use custom-builtwooden crates. These crates are designed for global art shipping, tightly sealed, and packed withmaterials that keep the artwork securely in place throughout its journey.

SHIPS IN A TUBE
For canvas-only orders, your piece will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method isespecially safe for oversized works and also keeps shipping costs lower. Once it arrives, you caneasily have it stretched (placed on wooden stretcher bars) or framed by a local framer.
For works on paper, we highly recommend sending them straight to your framer upon deliveryfor careful, professional unrolling. -

Import Taxes And Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local customs guidelines apply. For ViralWallArt’s artworks, we are pleased to offer the following preferential policies:
Duty-Free & Logistics Benefits:United States: Your artwork will be delivered directly to your address—no additional charges required.
All Other Countries/Regions: Import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These typically range from 1% to 10% of the declared value of the artwork and are determined by your local customs authority. If applicable, the courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) will provide you with a customs invoice for payment upon or prior to delivery.

Important Note on Custom Orders
While standard orders can be cancelled freely, please note thatcustom-made orderswill incur a 5.6% processing feeif cancelled after placement, as resources are immediately allocated to your unique piece.

Hand-painted artwork Creation time
Each painting takes about 1–2 weeks to be hand-painted by one of our professional artists.
During the creation process, your artist will share photos and videos of your painting in progress. You’ll be able to request adjustments — such as changes in color or shading — until you are completely satisfied. Only once you approve the final version will we ship your artwork to you.
If you have not consistently received confirmation emails, it is possible that our emails landed in your spam/junk folder, or were blocked by email filtering mechanisms. In such cases, you may not find the painting confirmation email in your spam folder. You can contact us directly using the contact information at the bottom of the article.
You can also search your order number "VL + 5 digits" to verify whether you have received the confirmation email.

In most cases, yes. When possible, we ship multiple artworks together so they arrive at the same time.

CAN I HAVE ARTWORKS DELIVERED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY OR PERSON?
Absolutely. We’ll deliver to the address you specify in your order. Normally, we’ll coordinate the delivery date with the recipient listed. If it’s a gift or a surprise, just let us know — we love helping with special moments!
