We offer three product lines: Hand-Painted Art created to order, expressive Canvas Prints for a wide range of rooms and styles, and insulated Tumblers designed for everyday use and thoughtful gifts.

Email info@viralwallart.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll do our best to help before production or fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

You may cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, Canvas Prints and Tumblers may already be in production or fulfillment. For Hand-Painted Art, we’ll check whether painting has started; once work has begun, the order cannot be canceled. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Not always. Hand-Painted Art and Houston-fulfilled products may ship separately, and different packages may leave at different times. We provide tracking for each shipment.

Yes. Hand-Painted Art is painted to order by an artist rather than printed. Because a design may be painted again for another order, we do not describe every piece as one of a kind. Small differences in brushwork and color are natural.

Painting and drying typically take 7–14 calendar days. After you approve the finished piece, international express transit usually takes 5–10 business days. Most orders arrive in approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date.

Yes. We send photos or video after the piece is complete. Shipment is arranged after you approve the finished artwork.

Your artist follows the selected design, but slight differences in brushwork, texture and color blending are part of the hand-painted process. The approval step lets you review the actual piece before shipment. A clear difference from the version you approved is still an issue we will address.

Yes. Worldwide shipping is included. For U.S. deliveries, applicable import costs are included or handled by us. Customers outside the United States are responsible for duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Because it is painted to order and approved before shipment, we do not accept non-quality returns for a change of mind, size or style. We cover verified damage, incorrect items, quality issues or a finished piece that differs clearly from the approved version.

A Framed Canvas includes the frame option shown for the selected variant. An Unframed Canvas is supplied without that frame. Review the selected Format and size on the product page before checkout.

Available sizes vary by design and are shown in the product options. For multi-panel designs, check whether the listed measurement is for each panel or the complete arrangement.

When a product is identified as a 3-Piece Set, the listed price covers all three panels. The product page must distinguish each-panel measurements from the overall display size.

No. A Canvas Print is a printed artwork. References to oil, pastel or watercolor describe the printed artistic effect, not a hand-painted surface.

Keep it away from prolonged moisture, abrasive cleaners and direct contact with sharp objects. Dust gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Follow any additional instructions shown on the product page.

They ship from Houston, usually within 1–3 business days. U.S. transit usually takes up to 7 days, and tracking is provided.

You may request a non-quality return within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been installed, damaged or soiled. The customer pays non-quality return shipping. Verified damage, incorrect items and quality issues are handled separately.

The standard style mapping is 20oz without a handle, 30oz with a top handle and 40oz with a side handle. Always review the photos and selected variant because available cup styles can vary by product.

The product page lists the lid, straw and other accessories confirmed for that exact cup style. We do not use one accessory description for every 20oz, 30oz and 40oz product.

No, unless the product page clearly says otherwise. The current Tumbler collection uses fixed printed designs, not personalized or custom printing.

Do not microwave it. Gentle hand washing is recommended to help protect the printed design. Dishwasher-safe wording appears only when confirmed for the exact product.

For products with more than one fixed design, select the design option you want and confirm the matching product image before checkout.

Yes. Tracking is sent after each package ships. A mixed order may produce more than one tracking number.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan. We’ll help review the address and carrier information and open an investigation. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Canvas Prints and unused Tumblers may qualify for a non-quality return within 30 days under specific condition requirements. Hand-Painted Art is made to order and approved before shipping, so non-quality returns are not accepted. See the full Returns & Refunds page.

Contact us within 7 calendar days and include your order number. Have clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label ready. We’ll review the issue and explain the available replacement, remake or refund option.

We initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after approval or after a required return is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may need another 5–10 business days to display it.
